In 2001, to mark the anniversary of the event, the first major "COMPLETE" edition was released. This version restored the missing tracks, allowing fans to finally hear the full setlist in its correct running order. For years, fans were frustrated by incomplete records of the shows. The initial 1988 live album release, simply titled LAST GIGS , was heavily criticized by purists because it only featured a curated selection of 12 tracks from the final night.
